We are looking to add an energetic, experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team that will add to our culture and fully embrace our commitments to deliver, grow and thrive . About The Role
You will provide inquiry management support for a Federal government client with responsibilities spanning: task coordination; client relationship building; stakeholder outreach; data analysis; supporting meetings and meeting design; and drafting and finalizing reports to support the project team.
Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
  • Tracking customer inquiries to close out.
  • Promptly respond to stakeholders inquiries and concerns
  • Managing inquiries submitted by federal program officers and stakeholders regarding program details.
  • Provide overall programmatic support and support for project initiatives
  • Support the team in building a strong relationship with the client
  • Outline, draft, and finalize reports and project deliverables while enacting team quality assurance processes
  • Drive tasks and deliverables from start to finish with highest quality, on-time and within number of hours assigned
  • Assist the team to prepare for and execute meetings, including developing agendas, overall logistics, note taking, tracking actions, producing reports, and/or supporting next steps
  • Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives, effectively collaborating with all parties to successfully fulfill client needs
  • Track stakeholder interactions and make recommendations for stakeholder engagement, outreach planning, and overall communications
  • Identify potential Business Development opportunities when they arise and escalating them
  • Escalating customer inquiries to the appropriate points of contact
Location:
You will work as part of a hybrid team. Remote work may be an option.
Required Experience/Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and take tasks from concept to delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment by communicating effectively
  • Ability to learn fast and work with all types of personalities
  • Brings composure and organization to chaos
  • Demonstrated experience providing written responses to inquiries.
  • Demonstrates an unflappable attitude even when faced with changes or adversity
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to audiences without subject matter expertise
  • Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive to make changes
  • Experience working in Salesforce or other grant management/CRM software
  • US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, with experience evaluating quantitative and qualitative data
  • Capacity to self educate on a variety of topics
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience
Preferred Experience/Skills:
  • Previous experience in consulting, change management, business writing, meeting preparation and facilitation, and/or stakeholder outreach
