Crew Leader Jobs

Big Bear Lawn Care is currently taking applications for Crew leader. We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, a problem solver, and a self motivated.

Pay starts at $16 per hour and up depending on experience, and work history. As a company we are more then willing to pay what employees are worth.

Job will include running a weekly mowing route, helping with maintenance of equipment, also with the management of other crew members.

We have been in business for 9 years, and are growing fast. We keep snacks and water on hand. We have air conditioning in our trucks, all of our equipment is well maintained to try to make your days go as smooth and stress free as possible. I am looking for someone knowledgeable, and hard working who wants not only a job but somewhere they can grow and have a future.

All applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation to shop every morning, and on time. Must be responsible and have good personal hygiene. Some over-time (time and a half) and weekends are mandatory due to weather conditions.

Requirements

• Familiar with and know how to use all equipment including trimmers, edgers, stand on mowers, zero turns, and push mowers.
• 2 year experience preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.
• We prefer people with prior commercial experience
