About You

You are passionate about growing the global chess community by partnering with the biggest names possible. You have experience managing and nurturing high profile relationships with individuals and brands alike. You have a love for the game, playing, watching, and engaging with content right alongside our passionate community, and are ready to jump in and help “grow the game.”

What You’ll Do

Your job is to help take on a full project cycle: concept planning execution post-project analysis. You aren’t necessarily the “hands” in any part of this: you are the grease, the glue, the nudge, the process, and the hero that the team relies on to see the forest, not the tree.

• Be a frontline ambassador for Chess.com that represents the company and our community
• Provide routine support to creators for their Chess.com content creation needs
• Support the design and experimentation of new ideas to create powerful campaigns and partnerships
• Help shepherd projects and activations with our creator-partners from idea to execution
• Support researching, identifying, and cultivating new relationships with creators inside/outside of the chess space
• Help manage our creator program, alongside leadership, with an eye on growth and service
• Support long running initiatives across multiple teams and departments
• Measure and report on data surrounding our creator activations

Preferred Skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, preferably experience working with teams across time zones
• Knowledge of streaming/gaming culture, and with familiarity of the recent growth of chess
• Experience with creator-led event coordination, creation, or management
• Experience with spreadsheets and data manipulation
• Sense of ownership and responsibility
• Experience or willingness to learn photo editing tools like Photoshop, Photopea, or others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years in talent, partnership, or influencer relations

About the Opportunity

• This is a full-time position
• We are 100% remote (work from anywhere!)
