Responsibilities


  • Ensuring appropriate State Farm audiences review materials-briefs, concepts, works in progress, and final deliverables-at the right time
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and consistency within work processes
  • Deeply involved in all aspects of assignment and creative briefing process, ensuring all campaigns' briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned to Marketing's strategic objectives
  • Identifies appropriate stakeholders and works collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectives
  • Leads the creative review process by:
  • Works in partnership with Producers and Creative Analysts to ensure all creative is world class
  • Operates as the general leader of all campaign creative development across all media platforms from national video, audio, and social to agent materials, DM, etc.
  • Works closely with Campaign Managers to determine campaigns' creative needs
  • Remains current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation
  • Providing creative feedback and guidance to all internal and external creative partners, keeping the work on strategy and creatively inspired
Items of Note


  • Responsible for the handling and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive information
  • May work irregular hours, including weekends/holidays
  • May require travel via commercial transportation or motor vehicles
  • Involvement in company approved educational programs as applicable for continued development
NOTE: This role is a Hybrid work arrangement for Bloomington IL, Dunwoody GA, Richardson TX, and Tempe AZ. Remote work arrangements will only be considered for qualified applicants who reside outside of these 4 listed locations.


Qualifications


  • Experience collaborating and effectively managing numerous internal and external stakeholder groups related to creative development
  • Agency and/or client-side experience managing creative development is required
  • Demonstrated history of video production creative development experience including: briefing, concepting, production, and optimization
  • Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation
  • Adept at working in a deadline-driven, high-profile environment
  • Proficient in the discipline of project management
  • Eagerness to learn and achieve personal growth
