We are seeking an experienced and talented Creative Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, design, animation, video, and traffic management. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative team, generating innovative ideas, overseeing the development of content, and managing the production process from concept to final product. The successful candidate must possess a strategic mindset, expert story-teller, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop professionally.
  • Lead the creative team in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of creative briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and meet the requirements of the project.
  • Manage the workflow and traffic of projects, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including internal clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order to continually innovate and improve the creative process.
  • Manage the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content, including copy, design, animation, and video production.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Expertise in copywriting, design, animation, and video production.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing a creative team and working with external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
