Job Description
Indigo Slate is seeking Creative Director to join its growing creative team. This talented individual is a seasoned creative that develops original creative concepts and approaches for campaigns, digital initiatives and content. The right candidate will be able to voice creative rationale, help guide creatives, possess a great attention to detail, and be able to successfully meet deadlines with little direction.


They inspire collaboration and teamwork, manage the client relationship for all things creative, and can bridge the gap between difference teams/skill sets.


The ideal candidate is an experienced presenter that will oversee all creative operations for a specific group of accounts while leading by example to support Indigo in building a supportive, empathetic and inclusive working environment.

  • Providing creative direction and support to bring campaigns, content, and solutions to life

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced creative leader who drives compelling creative, and is prepared to make and laugh at D-level jokes.


What are the responsibilities for this position?


You will actively contribute to Indigo Slate’s success by:


  • Participate in new business efforts.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients’ market distinction and leadership position.
  • Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns and projects to assure earnings, growth and profit goals are achieved.
  • Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee the execution of all creative efforts on projects to ensure they are on strategy, on budget and on schedule.
  • Articulate and defend conceptual and directional choices.
  • Provide detailed information and cost estimates to ensure accurate data for planning and developing functional objectives and budgets, leading to stable and profitable accounts.


What are the requirements for this position?


You should have the following skills and qualifications:


  • Strong conceptual thinker and creative problem solver
  • Experience managing staff
  • Experience in technology industry a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with creatives, consultants, account managers, and internal and external clients
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and data into infographics and other creative executions
  • Ability to work as part of a team to arrive at the best creative solution
  • Work in our office located in Bellevue, WA
  • Ability to storyboard/sketch or translate ideas to cross-capability creative teams to spark further idea generation and collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Minimum of 5-8 years proven experience
  • Organizational skills: ability to prioritize assignments and work successfully in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative approach/mindset
