REQUIRED SERVICE: E-commerce / Business Support VA

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Intermediate Junior to Advanced

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 15-20 hours (with additional hours if needed)

SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST

SHIFT HOURS: 3-4 hours between 11 AM - 8 PM PST (with Zoom calls once a week)

SHIFT DAYS: Mondays to Fridays

eCommerce VA

• Reconcile FBA shipments and submit reimbursement for missing items: Submit new cases for shipments that become eligible. Continue to follow-up with existing cases every day to ensure that Amazon doesn't close the case without reimbursement
• Import and Setup new listings in Ecomdash and setup the listings per written instructions
• Correct product listing errors and adjust FBA Fees: Make sure Product and Package weight and dims are accurate as since that impacts the FBA fee. Verify that the FBA fee is adjusted accordingly to reflect the changes made to the weight and dims of the item. Once the listing has been corrected, submit a request for reimbursement of orders that were charged a high FBA fee
• Submit reimbursement requests: Inventory removals of "Overstock" items that come back damaged. Lost/Damaged packages with USPS and ShipStation
• Create Amazon Listings including VARIATION LISTINGS
• Take inventory backup and save to OD
• Confirm Daily UPS & USPS pickups: A UPS pick-up request must be submitted to UPS everyday before 12pm
• Fix Stranded and Suppressed Inventory

• Create/Update Listings: Ensure listings are correctly linked to Inventory system. Optimize Listings
• Admin tasks
• Open and manage Amazon cases and see the case to the end: Monitor Amazon cases on a daily basis and respond when necessary. Amazon will permanently close the case if no response within 3 days
• Provide customer support: Answer customer emails
• Fulfill orders received from eBay/Etsy in through Amazon fulfillment
• Maintain Account Health: Review Policy Compliance violations and try to clear them
