REQUIRED SERVICE: Telehealth VA


REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry Level


MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40


SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST


SHIFT HOURS: 830-5 PM


SHIFT DAYS: M-F


PREFERENCES:

LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish

Telehealth VA


  • Answering phone calls
  • Routing them to the right person or department thru the EMR
  • HIPAA Compliant - can be provided by the company
  • Ideally with a medical background or with neurology background (terms)
  • Take messages and route them thru the EMR for call-backs
