Salary Range


Dependent Upon Qualifications


$58,256.71 - $70,521.28

Position Summary


This position works directly with youth, their families, school staff, and mental health providers. It provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services for adolescents including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination, and serves as an integral member of our substance use treatment team. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and requires creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature, requires working closely with and being sensitive to relationships with school staff, Court Services, Social Services, substance use providers, mental health providers, managed care, and various other community resources.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 30 hours of adolescent development training
  • At least five years' experience in the field of substance use disorders
  • Rule 25 certification
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks
  • MN LADC licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications


  • One-year supervisory experience
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse population
