TRAINING DEPARTMENT


Overview


Position Description


The Corporate Trainer reports to the Director of Training, CINQ Care Inc., with accountability for providing strategy, judgment, organization, and evidenced-based analysis to influence decisions, and directly meet CINQ Care Inc.’s requirements, including the training department. The Corporate Trainer should embody CINQ’s core values: Imagination, Partnership, Forthrightness, Humility, Courage and Relentlessness.


Primary Responsibilities


The Corporate Trainer will have the following responsibilities:


  • Create effective learning programs using sound instructional design and utilizing multiple delivery modalities including classroom, Office at Hand, performance portal and experiential activities as appropriate.;
  • Facilitate/lead cross-functional project teams to develop and implement process improvements.;
  • Become familiar with assigned business units goals, projects, work processes and systems, business impacts, key deliverables and success factors, and current issues and obstacles.;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision..
  • Work closely with the business to identify performance gaps that can be addressed via training, and define learning objectives necessary to achieve business results.;
  • Drive projects with the use of critical thinking and time management skills.


General Duties


The Corporate Trainer shall have following duties:


  • Strategy: The President will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQ Care Inc. members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQ Care Inc. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQ Care products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Corporate Trainer will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
  • Collaboration: The Corporate Trainer will ensure that [Training] capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQ Care Inc.
  • Leadership: The Corporate Trainer will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in [Training], including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Culture: The Corporate Trainer is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the [Training] team and as part of the larger Company.
  • Knowledge: The Corporate Trainer will provide subject matter expertise in the [Training department] solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for [Trainee’s] , solution deployment and performance evaluation.


Qualifications


The Corporate Trainer should have the following qualification:


  • Communication. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQ’s team, investors, partners and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Relationships. Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and,
  • Entrepreneurial. CINQ seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQ is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise;
  • Experience. At least 2+ years of [Care Coordination] experience. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant [Care Coordination] experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Education. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a record of strong academic achievement; MBA preferred but not required;
  • Culture. Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding and entrepreneurial Company.
