Job Overview
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a targeted 12-month program committed to cultivating and developing future leaders. The program is designed to challenge and grow individuals through a series of core components including on-the-job training, online learning, assigned Sr. Leadership mentors/peer coaches, formal leadership classes, and other avenues for learning. Hands-on learning and development will cater to the goal of ultimately supporting a corporate customer in a full-time role post-program.
Project-based rotations will be focused on the following areas:
- Product Supply Planning
- Commercial
- Field Operations
- Pricing & Revenue Growth Management
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Customer Management

Duties & Responsibilities
- Participants will go through a series of learning rotations designed to teach hands-on application of each component of the value chain from creation to consumption of our products. Rotations will focus on areas such as Field Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, Product Supply Planning, Customer Management, and other support teams
- Throughout the program, each participant will be assessed based on the completion of learning objectives and leadership feedback. Upon completion of the Leadership Development Program, future placement within the organization will be based on performance assessments, skillsets, and business needs with the ultimate goal of supporting a corporate customer full-time. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to provide continuous feedback on the program, stay involved as LDP alumni, and build a network of LDP teammates to continue cross-functional sharing and growth
- Management trainees will be asked to travel to other areas within the territory to learn from various leaders. There will also be a series of leadership summits where all trainees will gather to collaborate, learn from each other and Sr. leaders. You will also report out on learning objectives during your rotations
- Before each rotation, Management Trainees will be assigned a peer coach and a clear set of learning objectives. Upon completion of each rotation, participants will be responsible for reporting learning objectives and offering business recommendations
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Computer proficiency in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Strong presentation abilities
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with other departments to accomplish goals & objectives
- Basic analytical skills is a must
- All candidates will be subject to pre-employment testing: Background Check, Drug Screen, and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable)
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of CCCI and customer operational strategy and execution
- Organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills are required
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
