Overview:

This person will serve as the Integrated Supply Chain Sourcing SME and Liaison between manufacturing sites. In this role, the candidate will manage end to end contracting for software licenses serving the corporation and other direct/ indirect procurements.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination, development, and issuance of an RFP package from PR thru PO placement for needed procurement activity
  • Management of Supplier Development including Bidders Lists, Due Diligence (EPLS, Visual Compliance, D&B, anti- corruption, etc.)
  • Potentially site surveys and evaluations and support of Fact-Finding activities
Qualifications:
Minimum:
  • Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
  • Experience working complex proposals relating to subcontracts
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
  • Experience managing complex subcontracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of advanced contracting methods
  • Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality, IT and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional Supplier Management Teams
Salary Range: $81,364 - $106,791 annually.
Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
