About this Role

SCAD StartUp is currently seeking multiple Copywriters to join our team and assist with social media content creation. In this role, you will report to the Coordinator of Digital Experience and work closely with our Social Media and Visuals Leads. The ideal candidate is a creative team player, a talented wordsmith, and a grammar sleuth. As a Copywriter, you will play a vital role in developing marketing and communications content that sets us apart from the competition.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all copy is meticulously proofread and prepared for delivery or posting.
• Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and translate relevant concepts into captivating content.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a SCAD student in either Writing, Advertising, Creative Business Leadership, Design Management, or possess previous experience with copywriting.
• Preferred past experience participating in SCAD StartUp.
