• Familiarity with AI technology, machine learning, and natural language processing, and a keen interest in exploring their potential applications in content creation. [Mandatory]
• Prefer 1 to 3 years professional experience in writing and editing high-quality content in various genres, styles, and formats, such as news, features, blogs, social media, or marketing copy. [Mandatory]
• Proficiency in English Language (Writing and Speaking) [Mandatory]
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work through problems systematically. [Good to have]
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data. [Mandatory]
• Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, depending on the requirements of the project. Experience following a style guide and writing to a specific voice and tone is preferred. [Good to have]
• Passion for language, creativity, and innovation, and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI-generated content [Mandatory].
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. [Good to have]
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. [Mandatory]

Responsibilities

• Tasks include rating, writing and rewriting AI generated responses
• These will be creative long-form outputs that could come in the form of emails, summaries, cover letters, blog posts, essays, short stories, etc.
• Rewriting
• Uphold our content standards regarding English language proficiency and factual accuracy
• The task will need to be performed on a Google owned platform. Access will be provisioned by Google
• Rewrite responses while adhering to specific guidelines related to tone, voice, style, persona and safety.
• Writers to edit and enhance AI-generated content for clarity and correctness
• Average task time for rewrites is ~10-20 mins including the research time to execute the task.

• Rating tasks includes evaluating AI generated content based on factuality, linguistic accuracy, cohesiveness, tone, writing style and safety
• Generate high-quality datasets to train ML models based on project requirements.
