As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the creation and distribution of content that supports our marketing objectives and engages our target audience. You will work closely with our team of subject matter experts to develop content that showcases their expertise and provides value to our students. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in content strategy, writing, and editing to help us achieve our business goals and grow our brand.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the content creation process from start to finish, including ideation, writing, editing, design, and distribution.
• Operating with a high degree of autonomy to develop and execute content marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Creating and editing a wide range of content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, and other types of content that showcase their expertise and provide value to our audience.
• Analyzing content performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Developing the overall marketing strategy for the company.
• Managing a large team of content writers and editors.
• Creating boring, stale content

Copywriter Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Understanding of the US education system and experience with the AP Exams
• Strong writing skills with the ability to write a variety of content types (blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, webpages, etc.)
• Degree from a Top 50 US college/university
• 2+ years experience creating written content for online audiences as a writer, blogger, copywriter, content marketer, content writer, or similar

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
