Description:

We are a new vehicle dealership looking for a professional, well-spoken individual to handle reception and appointment coordination for a very busy service department. This person must be able to multitask (including servicing multiple phone lines at once), reliable, and must be computer literate. This is a full time position and requires availability on Saturdays.

Basic Duties Include but are Not Limited To:

Phone Reception

Coordinating appointments

Customer Assistance

Vehicle look up in our database

Reporting Inventory to other departments
