Ready to apply? We currently have an opportunity for a Coordinator, Visual Merchandising to join our team located at our Times Square Tower-ANN-New York, NY 10036.
Position Overview:
Overview:
The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising, will support the LOFT Visual Merchandising team in all tasks and projects pertaining to the creation of the Monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines and all seasonal studio/showroom setups.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare Visual Merchandising elements and tools.
  • Maintain studios' visual standards in between meetings and appointments.
  • Support the setup of monthly studio store sets for Loft & Loft Outlet.
  • Maintain an organized studio stockroom for easy accessibility; pack and optimize samples and elements.
  • Clean and organize studios before and after setup.
  • Partner with Merchandising teams to create the Monthly Product Planner.
  • Support the VM team in ordering, tracking, and pulling all product samples.
  • Support the creation of the Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
  • Work with Marketing, PR, E-commerce, and Sourcing teams to organize, receive and return product samples.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Strong professional with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Has the flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working for a fashion-related brand.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.
  • Ability to take direction, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The target salary for this role is: $50,000 - $55,000
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
