A little bit about our team:


Our team works in support of the Global Catalogue Division at WMG. Working in close collaboration with label personnel, we manage the day-to-day production and operational needs that culminate in the successful release and delivery of content to the global market.


Your role:


This role is an integral component of the team. You will assist in managing the processes by which our team works and operates. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to interact with persons from from across the company landscape and experience firsthand the full life cycle of a release.


Here you’ll get to:


  • Work with IT to create new reports with new user parameters as needed, perform QC, and move into production.
  • Track and accurately enter all scheduling changes into scheduling application daily.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the release schedules for all physical and digital releases, following up to gather crucial scheduling data, working directly with label personnel.
  • Set up production milestones and assist with tracking deadlines and deliverables for both physical and digital releases.
  • Run any unscheduled reports weekly as necessary and print for select users.
  • Attend production and release planning meetings.
  • Run special projects and reports, as needed.
  • Proofread schedules weekly before publication to ensure accuracy of changes and information.
  • Continually assess scheduling data entry process and share ideas for greater efficiency.
  • Interact with a wide range of personalities within and outside the department at all levels of the company.

We’d love it if you also had:


  • 1-2 years previous experience with data management
  • Previous Entertainment Industry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • College Degree preferred
  • Basic Photoshop skills a plus
  • Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms a plus

Salary Range


$21.5385 to $24.61539


Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
