- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, licensees, and retailers in assigned conference or region
- Always represent the company in a professional manner
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on various licensing topics to university partners
- Assist in the management of university trademark enforcement and contract compliance programs
- Coordinate account management of university partners in conjunction with appropriate CLC staff
- Support Partner Services Manager and university partners to develop, maintain, and accomplish goals/objectives specific to each client's needs
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and retail promotions of licensed product
- Assist in the development and execution of business plans with clients to increase revenue opportunities
- Communicate effectively to university partners regarding collegiate licensing initiatives, trends, systems, and programs
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Manage travel expenses effectively and handle travel planning
- Ability to handle confrontation in a professional manner
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Experience presenting to large groups, executives, or senior administrators preferred
- Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Prefer a passion for college sports
- Nights and weekends will be required occasionally
- Four-year college degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
