Primary Purpose:
The Coordinator, Global Visual Merchandising will support the Global Visual Merchandising team in all tasks and projects pertaining to the creation of the monthly Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines and all Seasonal Showroom set ups.

- Support the set-up of seasonal showroom installations and special events:
- Organizing and preparing Visual Merchandising props and tools
- Cleaning and organizing Showrooms before and after set-up
- Maintain showroom visual standards in between meetings and Market appointments
- Support VM team in ordering and pulling all product samples
- Work with Marketing, Ecommerce and Sample Library teams to organize, receive and return product samples

- Support the creation of monthly In Store Global VM Guidelines:
- Partner with Global Merchandising teams to create line lists of new products each month
- Support VM team in ordering and pulling all product samples
- Work with Marketing, Ecommerce and Sample Library teams to organize, receive and return product samples
- Organizing and preparing Visual Merchandising props and tools
- Maintain showroom visual standards in between meetings and Market appointments
- Partner with Global Merchandising teams to create line lists of new products each month
The accomplished individual will possess...
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
- A minimum of 1 year experience working for a fashion related brand or specialty retailer
- Passion for visual merchandising and fashion
- Demonstrate proficiency of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel)
