We are seeking a talented, intellectually driven, detail oriented, and administratively skilled Controller to be a part of our team at DOCS Health.

If you are skilled in corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasting preparations, and focused on risk, this job is for you.

• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Proficient with SAP.
• Additional controller duties as necessary.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate the preparation of state and regulatory filings and reporting.
• Manage all financial reporting and accounting operations including GL entries, bank reconciliations, A/R and A/P.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.

830 a.m. - 530 p.m.

Monday through Friday

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• DSO Experience, required.
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Advanced degree in Accounting
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
