• Growing manufacturer and distributor |Multi Site Controller reporting to the CFO

About Our Client
Our client for the Corporate Controller role is a privately held manufacturer and distributor of engineered products serving various markets including but not limited to Industrial, Marine, Military, Heavy Duty Truck, Off Highway, Mobile Hydraulics, Machine Tools and many more. The Corporate Controller will report to the CFO be in charge of all finance and accounting operations for the organization.

• Responsible for the company's Information Technology function including the company's ERP system and the IT technology used for enabling business efficiency
• Provide executive leadership in the continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives and offers recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Oversee 8 manufacturing plants for finance and accounting activities
• Review business performance and results vs variances to budget, reforecasting and previous performance
• Report to executive management customer profitability and analysis of performance of results and variance vs budget
• Personnel evaluation and/or development of a strong accounting and finance team driving performance while developing and growing team's skillets
• Establish and report against KPIs for the business units and corporate
• Actively participate in Executive Management Team meetings; provide updates relating to Financials and other areas of responsibility.
• Oversees the organization's risk management including establishing and improving internal controls and procedures
• Ensure accounting policies adhere to Group Policies
• Responsible for timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of financial information, including full monthly, quarterly and annual closing for the business unit
• Responsible for preparing the annual 3-year and 5-year business plan

The Successful Applicant

• Ability and proven track record working with various departments - sales, finance, accounting, HR, engineering, manufacturing, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience is a Sr. Financial Leadership position
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail with a passion to win and positively influence a company culture
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and products, business intelligence systems
• MBA and/or CPA/CMA highly preferred
• Business minded and strong team player mentality
• Must have manufacturing industry experience preferably in automotive
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational improvements to increase revenues, decrease costs and improve cash flow
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• 10 years of experience in Controllership and Operations Controllership roles within the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar required

What's on Offer
Competitive base salary $160,000 - $205,000 depending on experience, bonus, full benefits, 401K, vacation, holidays. Being a part of a growing and innovative company with a seat on the leadership team with additional global growth opportunities.
