What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of management experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
• Strong people skills; Comfortable working with internal/external stakeholders from different industries and skillsets
• The ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting experience including public accounting experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and implement financial controls and procedures
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare reports for management in a timely manner (Regulatory, Insurance/Remittance, Sales Tax)
• Help create financial KPIs and operation standards, as well as tracking and reporting methods monthly and annually
• Assemble budgets and forecasts through partnering with business leaders
• Handle ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
• Assemble financial reports (P+L & Balance Sheets) on a monthly basis
• Supervise, manage, direct daily responsibilities of accounting and finance team
