Job Description

Controller - Nashville - $100-130k base, up to $150-160k total comp - 4 days in-office
Multi-Site and Inventory experience required

Rapid growth, investment firm backed, industrial services company is looking to add their first accounting and finance leader

Overview:

  • First accounting and finance leader, will supervise 1
  • Will lead full cycle accounting and finance responsibilities including month-end close, financial statement preparation, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit, tax, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and more
  • 4 days minimum in-office
  • Reports to CEO

Requirements:

  • Strong experience leveraging a newly implemented ERP for all of its capabilities
  • Processes and systems oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting and finance leadership experience
  • Must have strong multi-site and inventory experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Distribution, industrial services, or similar industry experience
  • Accounting degree required
