Title: Controls Technician

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Industry: Information Technology

Required:

• Ability to prove US employment eligibility
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibility:-

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of process control systems.
• Under the guidance of the instrumentation and controls group the technician shall complete assigned tasks, attends required safety training, and follows all safety standards.

Experience and Education:

• Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution

Must have:

• Experience with Trane, Tridium, and/or Teletrol building automation is desired but experience with other control manufacturers such as Johnson Controls, Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, Distech, etc., will also be considered.
• Proficiency with computer devices (including laptops, tablets, and smartphones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software.
• Proficiency with applicable maintenance tools, connected login, and operational renderings.
• Knowledge and understanding of various communications protocols used in the industry including BACnet, LonTalk, and Modbus.
• Familiarity with networking applications, Ethernet, TCP-IP, IP Networks, and infrastructure.
