This Position

  • Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations
  • Set-up construction work zones
  • Independent thinker
  • Communicate problems
  • Complete daily logs
  • Load and unload equipment
  • Able to lead a crew of 2-4 team members to set up traffic control.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings (Ensuring that everyone is in compliance of safety rules and procedures)
  • Operate company trucks and miscellaneous hand tools
  • Conducts routine equipment maintenance and daily equipment inspections


WHAT DO YOU HAVE?


  • You desire more than a job. You want a career.
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) when required and necessary.
  • Available to work weekends and nights when required and necessary.
  • You have a clear current state driver’s license.
  • You enjoy working outdoors.
  • Desired: 1-3 years traffic control work experience ( ATSSA Flagger certification ).
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.
  • You pass a drug screening, which includes marijuana.
  • Available to work M-F (starting as early as 6:00 AM), plus overtime.
