Contract Aerospace/Technical Recruiter (long term)

*Must be based in Pacific Time Zone*

•5+ years of Aerospace recruiting experience sourcing exempt roles (Manufacturing Engineers, Program Managers and Supply Chain positions, etc.)

•Direct sourcing of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools

•Driving candidates through the hiring process (ATS); screening candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, explaining benefits, and creating offer letters.

•High level of collaboration with hiring managers

•Partnering with HR Business Partner and hiring on candidate salary expectations

•Experience hiring within Aerospace, DoD and/or Union required.

•Candidate must have an excellent attention to detail, customer service, and sense of urgency.

•Experience with a corporate ATS; iCIMS strongly preferred.
