Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions to address safety issues and improve overall safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of kaizen events to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor employees on lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
• Conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to senior management on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and six sigma methodologies.
• Experience in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and kaizen methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
