What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will be responsible for reporting and communication of Continuous Improvement activities
  • Additionally, you will deliver process improvement projects and implement sustainable solutions
  • Lead, train, coach and develop Continuous Improvement practitioners, project team members and stakeholders
  • You will manage Continuous Improvement and Productivity Program in the organization
  • Further, you will manage implementation of best practice and knowledge sharing
  • Manage Organization Process Improvement Projects portfolio

What makes you great

  • You possess strong leadership skills; methodical and analytical thinking
  • Promote innovation, develops and coaches people; strives for excellence; customer-oriented
  • You have fifteen (15) years / more experience in the Engineering business; ten (10) years of process improvement experience
  • Solid Project/Program Management & planning skills
  • LEAN, Green Belt or Black Belt certification with practical experience is a strong plus
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business
  • Solid knowledge of CI processes/tools, problem solving techniques and root cause analysis methodologies
