Zearch is working exclusively with a cutting edge AI company that are disrupting the Hospitality space unique AI CX/Communications platform.
We are now hiring for the 1st Content Marketing Manager with a focus on generating content towards partners and end user customers.

Responsibilities
- Managing the content calendar to ensure that all content is published on a schedule and optimized for maximum impact. They will need to collaborate with other teams, including product development and sales, to ensure that your content is aligned with company messaging and goals.
- Analyzing content performance and adjusting the strategy as needed to improve results. Their work will require a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, target audience, and brand voice. As a fun and creative go-getter, they will need to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table that will differentiate our brand from competitors.
- Promoting content across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to ensure maximum visibility and reach. They will need to be proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms to execute campaigns effectively.
- Creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content that educates potential customers, establishes the company as a thought leader, and drives lead generation and sales. Their work will require a deep understanding of AI / Communications / Voice technology, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Someone able to understand the content needed for sales enablement will be key!
Technical/Technologies:
- SEO Tools: SEMrush preferred, but flexible on this.
- CMS: HubSpot - ideally looking to maximize work within this platform, but WordPress and other platforms are ok. Currently, we are using a content calendar I've designed and beginning to utilize HubSpot.
- Collaboration Tools: The team use Notion and Google, but this has the most flexibility. Notion is a very easy tool to use and learn.
- Analytics Platforms: Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Design: we currently use Figma, but this has flexibility based on the right candidate and the design tools they are familiar with.
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot - as we scale someone familiar and/or willing to learn how to maximize as many automations is going to be key for scaling into other vertical markets.
