A creative mind with a passion for producing content meant to reach and engage new customers. The Content Development Manager will be responsible for the marketing content creation across LEGO Education channels as informed by content strategy, ensuring the LEGO Education digital presence is aligned with business objectives. Working across internal teams and with external agencies, this role requires strong graphic design and copywriting skills.

Core Responsibilities
The Content Specialist collaborate with content strategy manager on editorial calendar that will meet business objectives.
Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) to reach target audience and drive consideration of LEGO Education products. Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery from product photographs to short video clips and films
Conceptualizing and driving creative brief for internal and external colleagues with potentially short turnarounds that will result in best-in-class content creation. Provide LEGO Education colleagues with content creation guidelines for digital channels to ensure content creation efficiency across the organization.
Ongoing research on Edtech-related topics and digital trends to optimize content development. Oversee agency partners, both creative and media, on content development and execution. Work with channel owners on content execution and success of content (Return Of Investment, revenue, etc.)

  • Be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately, orally and in writing
  • Creative approach and problem solver
  • Writing, editing, and publishing skills (working with content management systems)
  • 7+ years relevant work experience in digital marketing with at least 1 to 3 years in B2B
  • An understanding of the K-12 education marketing
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics
  • Graphic design skills
  • Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner
