The Role


As the Product, Process, & Content Specialist at Cognism, you will own all content used by sales. This includes all knowledge management policies/tools, processes for sales workflows, and educating our sales team on the product. You have a passion for our product and get excited by helping to tell our story by partnering with cross-functional teams and maintaining a well-structured, organized documentation system.


Key Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the Sales Enablement strategic delivery plan and onboarding materials
  • Maintain internal support training materials via Seismic, Lessonly, and other sales tools
  • Manage structure and users for internal content management platform (Seismic)
  • Liaise with revenue leaders to provide feedback on usage of relevant documents and promote improved usage where required
  • Review existing content and processes, recommending changes to promote constant elevation and enhancement of revenue processes
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure required documents are built and kept up to date
  • Assess impact of business / product change, and identify how content or processes need to be maintained or updated to assist changes
  • Assist in the production of onboarding training materials


Requirements


Knowledge


  • High level knowledge of Cognism products
  • Undertake professional development activities and training and attend meetings as appropriate to continue personal career and skills development
  • Clear understanding of the departments that interact with revenue and own content which is used by revenue, including legal, marketing, finance, security and operations
  • Clear understanding of revenue based processes
  • Undertake any other reasonable request from managers and colleagues
