LFP Broadcasting, a worldwide VOD and PPV broadcasting network, is searching for a Content & Compliance Coordinator Lead at the broadcasting headquarters located in Boulder, CO.

HOURS: 7:00am-3:30pm, M-F
WAGE
$19-$19.50 per hour
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to screen a variety of straight, trans-sexual and gay adult content.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook; ability to adapt to additional internal applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Familiar with Mac & Windows OS
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail.
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
  • Diploma or GED equivalent. Undergraduate a plus.
  • 1-2 years data entry experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Requires ability to perform repetitive motions.
  • Visual acuity (6-8 hours viewing computer).
  • Adult Content Environment.
  • Requires many hours of working in front of a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the monthly studio payments report for the Acquisitions Manager.
  • Handle situations that arise when the Manager of Content and Compliance is out of the office.
  • Label and manage all content.
  • Perform visual inspection of all media/assets.
  • Heavy data entry.
  • Assist with keeping the licensor contracts up to date in the MoviesEh database.
  • Assist with managing the retired content per the requirements of the Dept. of Justice.
  • Collaboration with other departments to support special projects within the company.
  • Assist with any additional special projects.
  • Assist with monthly reports for the Accounting and Content Operations departments.
  • Assist with the monthly URL imports for the social media sites.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with training new team member.
  • Accurately review legal documentation.
  • Assist with running monthly reports for the Manager of Programming.
  • Communicate with studio(s) for required materials.
