About the Team:
The Customer Success Management (CSM) team is responsible for the overall business success of our relationship with our existing customers to facilitate the growth and development of Gen.
About the Role:
The CSM Internship Program (CSM-IP) offers an opportunity for current college or graduate students to gain valuable work experience through high-visibility, value-add projects throughout the CSM organization. Interns participate in Gen-sponsored team-building activities, and internal team meetings with executives, and end their assignment with a showcase of their projects. Assigned projects can include but are not limited to:
  • Create global newsletters
  • Evaluate customer lifecycle and transactional communication campaign performance to help determine new benchmarks and identify campaigns to test and improve performance metrics
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., design teams, brand marketing, global business owners, web development, communication operations, etc.) to enhance customer experience, engagement, and retention
  • Work with global business leads to help launch campaign optimization tests and report and analyze the performance
Qualifications:
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Be a true team player who works closely and cohesively with others
  • Must be a U.S.Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be a self-starter who drives progress and results while meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize deliverables
  • Currently completing a Bachelor’s in a relevant area of study
