Job Overview: As a Consumer Loan Servicing Temp at Fidelity Bank, you will have ongoing verbal and written communication with borrowers and Loan Assistants regarding initial set up, escrow analysis, tax payments, delinquent taxes, and proof of insurance.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Reviewing force place flood insurance policies and ordering new flood determinations
- Updating Contact Notes and imaging documents to FCM
- Working with borrowers who have delinquent taxes due
- Verifying tax amounts due with county tax assessors
- Verifying insurance amounts due with invoices from insurance companies
- Sorting and processing daily department mail
- Setting up payments in Horizon and mailing payments in a timely manner
- Maintaining Tax Tracking with 3rd party vendors
- Preparing and formatting statements and shortage letters to send to borrowers
- Maintaining flood placed insurance policies with 3rd party venders and paying monthly invoices for premiums
- Responding to Connect Incidents regarding taxes, insurance and escrow accounts
- Reviewing monthly analysis and accounts, looking for errors or issues of concern
- Paying monthly NFP, United Guaranty and Proctor Finance invoices
- Receiving proof of insurance by mail, email fax or from Loan Assistants
Requirements for the position include:
- The ability to perform at a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
- A minimum of five years working with the public/customers
- Effective coordination and communication between team members
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a lending environment
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
