Loan Servicing Assistant Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for completing tasks associated with paid off loans. Preparing a range of collateral releases, handling escrow refund disbursements, and completing checks for release filings. Reviewing paid off loans files for credit life, private mortgage insurance, and other third party vendors. Organizing files to scan for file retention. Assisting Insurance Clerk with research and processing insurance policies for tracking, maintenance of core system for insurance billing, and processing insurance cancellations. Additionally, position will assist with semi-annual real estate tax payments along with other Escrow Account functions. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Professional experience preferred
• Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and ability to use proprietary software

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for releasing collateral on paid off loans
• Disbursement of escrow balances on paid off loans
• Insurance tracking and payments
