Job Description
The Consultant Relations Manager (CRM) will be responsible for strategic partner growth and sales enablement support while building a vast portfolio of strategic insurance broker consultant relationships. The CRM will increase Wellworks presence in the market, drive growth, and increase overall business revenue and retention through their relationships. This position will have a large focus on sourcing new consultant relationships, strengthen existent relationships and provide ongoing education and knowledge of Wellworks current and future services and products. The CRM will work closely with other CRMs as well as the Director of Consultant Relations and Partnerships to continually enhance and evolve the overall strategy of growth and sourcing leads to Sales that result in positive revenue growth. The CRM will need to travel frequently throughout the year. Strengthen existing relationships in your territory familiar with Wellworks and enhance the overall strategy as needed to ensure increased knowledge and visibility are produced Create new relationships for consultants in your territory who aren't aware of Wellworks today and build an overall brand recognition strategy that results in positive revenue growth Serve as relationship owner with consultants in various brokage houses with a focus on education, relationship building, issue management, and subject matter experts in Wellworks offerings Build understanding about Wellworks solutions and capabilities, and expand the broader conversation about wellness strategies Support the growth of the company by driving qualified leads from consultants to the Sales team Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to determine where growth opportunities lie in various regions and areas of broker partnerships Lead ongoing engagement strategy meetings and events with partners (regional or national events, attendance of broker conferences, national meetings, etc.) Create successful market campaigns that generate demand and awareness of Wellworks through consultant relationships In collaboration with the Director of Consultant Relations and Partnerships as well as other CRMs, develop strategies that promote growth and retention of Wellworks through consultant relations Determine in collaboration with Sales and Business Development opportunities for partnership growth in small-, mid-, and large-market insurance broker firms Work closely with Sales to determine overall opportunity for revenue enhancement and drive successful consultant strategies Work closely with the Consultant Relations team to provide continual updates on market trends, growth opportunities, ways to enhance our solutions and offerings, and how we can better serve our partners Deploy quarterly consultant toolkits to enhance visibility into our services and enhancements Deploy quarterly outreach surveys to drive enhancement of overall experience with Wellworks Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, healthcare, or related industry 3+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space or wellness partnership space Experience in channel, consulting, strategy, partnership, or business development Strong track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships Has robust existing consultant partner relationships with national broker firms (i.e., WTW, Lockton, USI, MMA, etc.) Strong, successful, and influential relationship skills both internal and external Maintains a deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills and presence Success-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding business goals Detail-oriented, organized, and task focused Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as a team player who can prioritize, and coordinator multiple tasks within time constraints Knowledge and/or experience working with HubSpot Extremely proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite products and remote communication platforms (i.e. Teams, Zoom, Webex) Regular travel within your region required PI227068339
