Summary


We are seeking a Business Analysis Consultant to join our Global Client Tax Service Group. The Global Client Tax Services Group provides tax preparation and reporting services to affluent individuals and families, foundations, endowments, and corporations.


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the adoption of new learning tools; creating visually compelling presentations; supporting departmental initiatives; converting training materials to new platforms; and tracking metrics, trends, and training courses for over 100 staff. Additionally, this role will support the transition to new platforms and utilize Power BI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for researching, testing, and recommending new learning tools that can improve the training experience. The consultant will also support the implementation of these tools.
  • Track training courses across the department and ensure that all staff are up-to-date with their training requirements.
  • Support the transition of processes and workflows to Microsoft 365 applications. This will involve working with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition, providing training and support to users, and utilizing Power BI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop, track, and maintain project plans and deliverables, and communicate on project milestones and progress.
  • Develop metrics to track learning outcomes, analyze data to identify trends, insights, and create reports that can be used by management.
  • Convert training material to new learning platforms. This will require the ability to work with different software programs and to ensure that material is properly formatted for the new platform.
  • Create visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex information. This may include designing slides, infographics, and other visual aids to enhance the learning experience.


The successful candidate will benefit from having the following competencies:


  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proficient in statistical and data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, dashboards).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preference given to data analytics, instructional design, or business).
