Construction/Mitigation Estimator - Ins. Restoration & Construction Company

NuBilt is looking for an individual to fill a Reconstruction/Mitigation Estimator role. This position is responsible for producing accurate and timely estimates for residential restoration/construction/roofing/mitigation projects using industry standard estimating software (e.g. Xactimate & Symbility). The ideal candidate for this role is able to leverage their knowledge and professionalism to explain the scope of the work to property owners and insurance adjusters. The Reconstruction Estimator must be capable of multitasking and demonstrates great attention to detail.

Minimum requirements as follows:

· Two (2) years insurance related restoration experience with an emphasis on water, fire, and roof damage restoration.

· Must be willing to work weekends/evenings on a rotated on-call basis.

· Two (2) years of estimating using Xactimate or Symbility. (Experience with both is preferred)

Candidates that are bilingual and/or have a construction management degree or Project Management certification, will be highly considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
