Job Description
InfraHire is looking for Construction Superintendent San Francisco Bay Area CA


Responsibilities


  • Direct workers and subcontractors on construction sites using project plans, drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
  • Interface with clientele and attend weekly progress meetings.
  • Assist in subcontractor buyouts.
  • Review construction schedules, drawings, specifications, and other contracts documents to ensure compliance to the contract.
  • Assist Estimating department in preparation of bids.
  • Oversee the planning and construction of assigned projects.
  • Directing and coordinating projects from start to finish and overseeing all aspects of construction on-site.


Skills And Qualifications


  • Federal or Public Works experience is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare construction (OSHPD) preferred
  • 5+ Years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong construction knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must be able to travel to job sites as needed.
