Job Description

The ideal candidate is an experienced superintendent on complex construction projects. Public works experience is preferred. Good understanding of the various construction trades on site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage as-built plan updates.
  • Oversee daily operation of construction projects.
  • Good communication skills with PM, Subs, Inspectors and Owner.
  • Manage subcontractors and construction site organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate work of various trades on site.
  • Prepare standard site paper work, like daily reports, safety reports etc..
  • Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in site construction
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
