Construction Site Inspector Jobs

Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

• Monitor construction activities to identify potential safety hazards or issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct final inspections upon project completion to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and any necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to address any concerns or discrepancies during the construction process.
• Collect and document data related to construction progress, materials used, and quality control measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Inspector or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or areas of improvement.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• High level of professionalism and integrity in conducting inspections and interacting with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on established guidelines and project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.

Salary: Up to $165,000.00 per year
