Construction Manager (Full Time)

Job Duties:

• Create Interior/Exterior Design plans per vendor;
• Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secure.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities and resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) needed to successfully complete the project.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors or design professionals to discuss and resolve construction problems; - Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
• Plan, implement and control the project ensuring the project will be completed on time, within the budget and delivered to the highest level of delivery standards and in full compliance with all pertinent requirements.
• Serve as lead person to coordinate all activities and communication within the site/project areas.
• Prepare project weekly reports, supporting documentation, progress reports, project schedule and cost tracking reports.

Requirements:

• Hours: 9:00AM - 5: 00 PM (40 HR WK)
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering.
