Job Description

Well established Sussex County Delaware Site Contractor seeking LABORERS for full time positions. People are our most valuable assets and we strive to have a safe, friendly, drug/alcohol free, OSHA compliant workplace where you can settle in for a long prosperous career.

Responsibilities

  • Remove, fill or compact earth
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Reference Check required
  • Support construction site activities
  • Help equipment operators and pipe/skilled laborers when necessary
  • Load or unload construction materials
  • Perform site clean-up
  • Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards

Construction Laborer Requirements

  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in all weather
  • Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
  • Must have valid ID
