Job Description
Summary/objective


CRS is looking to bolster its already successful team with a highly organized, driven Construction Coordinator (CC) for its Project Channel in the Midwest. As the CC you are dedicated to assisting the CRS construction team with quality, successful installations of CRS projects such as Splashpads, Playgrounds, Adventure-Style Mini Golf Courses and more. You will work out of the Verona, WI office and complete projects in Wisconsin as well as the upper Midwest, with an occasional national project.

To be successful as a CC you should be problem-solver. Ideal candidates will have exceptional analytical and time-management skills, an ability to identify and utilize technology to improve back-office support efficiencies. Owning problems and the success of a project is ultimately the CC's responsibility.


Construction Coordinator Responsibilities Include


  • Document control. Maintain all SOWs, CDs, and technical docs for issuance to crews and subs.
  • Set up rental equipment as needed.
  • Communicating with clients, designers, and engineers.
  • Assist the CM with filing & submitting for required permits.
  • Support the CM in managing the subcontractor bid process and issuing POs.
  • Assist the CM with scheduling all subcontractors and internal assets.
  • Maintain the subcontractor DB in Sugar CRM.
  • Be primary contact for customer management - after sales handoff.
  • Assist with gathering QC and COP documentation from the field.
  • Assist the CM with entering forecasts & actuals for construction activities in the scheduling tool.
  • Turnover/closeout package review and approval as required.
  • Coordinate drawing review and approvals.


Required Education And Experience


  • Working knowledge of MS Suite of software (Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Proven ability to multitask under pressure and prioritize urgent situations.
  • Possesses a valid Driver's License, good driving history, dependable transportation and can pass background check - required.
  • Extremely high level of proficiency with MS Excel to include vlookups and pivot tables - required.
  • Associate degree in Construction or Systems Management, Engineering, or similar field a plus.
  • 1 to 3 years of Construction Management experience preferably in the recreational environment
  • Broad understanding of standard construction practices a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED - required.
