Computer Technician - Entry Level

9-month contract for a for a Computer Technician 0-1 years of experience. Experience with IT Automation & Managed File Transfer.

100% remote - 8am-4:30pm PACIFIC Tu-Sat. Must live in PST or CST

Day to day:

• Monitor automated production processes and follow documentation (Confluence) to resolve issues including escalation to dev teams in multiple job schedulers including Control-M & ActiveBatch to ensure critical processes and EFT/MFT jobs complete successfully.
• Log into UNIX/LINUX server via console app and kick off KSH scripts that load eligibility into ORACLE database monitoring for failure ensuring successful completion of loads within defined metrics/thresholds and meeting Service Level Agreements.
• Participate in Process Improvement Initiatives supporting Developers and team as needed.

• Training on logging into CNC Network & Virtual Desktop, Introduction to team (via MS Teams), learning about both Centene & Centene Pharmacy Services – what we do & who we are, and high level over view of job individual will be training to perform.
