Computer Aided Design Coordinator

Summary & Responsibilities:

·Daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

·Presenting issues/concerns to leadership daily.

·Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well-defined projects.

·Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

·Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments.

·Employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.

·Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.

·Monitors and communicates project status to project team.

·Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support.

·Provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

·Assists with managing project risk.

·Uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.

·Documents and shares team learnings with other teams.

·Draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.

·Maintains project notes, databases, and other records.

·Monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

Primary Skills Required:

·3D CAD Experience (Creo Preferred).

·Assembly.

·Exploded 3D Graphics

·Coordinate Systems

·Isometric Orientations

·Drawing Setup

·Export Functions

·Illustrations (Photoshop Preferred)

·Reference Numbers, Leader Lines, Centerlines

·Parts Diagrams

·Quality Checking

·Reviewing Individual’s Quality

·Reviewing Project’s Quality

·Graphic Audits

Secondary Skills Required:

·Looking for candidates who have graphic experience who can coordinate various projects

·Candidates should have a background in 3D CAD

·Ability to monitor and track the progress of multiple ongoing projects

·Averages, percentages, and target completion

·Excel Skills including formulas, graphs, and charts

·Coordinating team of 60 plus graphic editors

·Ability to effectively convey progress of projects

·Communication skills

Qualifications:

·Manager has a preference for candidates with CREO/photoshop.

·Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with those programs.

• ·Education: Minimum of 2-year degree in IT related field.
