Job Description

The Compensation Analystwill play a vital role in developing and overseeing compensation structures to optimize hiring and maximize employee retention. As a Compensation Analyst, you will analyze employee compensation packages and position responsibilities to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of salaries and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and communicate best practices for hiring, training, compensating, and evaluating employees.
  • Collect data from compensation surveys and analyze market trends.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Manage and set company salary ranges to attract and retain top talent.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions for each position within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on company initiatives.
  • Lead the annual companywide merit and bonus process.
  • Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
  • Conduct interviews and surveys with employees and managers to gather job-related information.
  • Evaluate and implement job analysis instruments and materials.
  • Assess jobs and determine their classification as exempt or nonexempt, and set appropriate salary ranges.
  • Benchmark jobs against market data and other relevant sources.
  • Maintain HRIS database and HR dashboard, including monthly and annual reporting.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a compensation analyst.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
