Job Description

Adecco is currently looking for a Compensation Analyst in Raleigh, NC.


Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract


Length: 12+ months with the possibility of extension

Pay rate - 62/hr

Shift/Hours: 8 AM to 5pm


Responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst:

  • This role is a compensation subject matter expert who will be involved in ensuring effective and efficient services, reporting, analysis, and support of Global/Regional/Divisional projects in the Compensation organization. The candidate will need to understand a nuanced compensation structure and will provide analytical support the migration to a new Compensation system as part of a broader People function initiative to transform data management.


Qualifications for this Project Coordinator job:

  • Proficiency in Human Resource information management systems is desirable but not essential
  • 3-5 years of experience working with compensation / financial data
  • Prior experience within a financial services industry is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of VBA and SQL preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (In particular mastery of Excel including using complex formulas to analyze data)
