Maintain “Fit for Duty” physical condition, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and will possess the following minimum requirements:

CNA License or alternate experience as a caregiver, preferred

Transportation to and from Appointments, Errands (shopping, Post Office, ect.)

Act responsibly in case of emergency or change in condition

Healthcare knowledge is not required but helpful.

Applicant must be caring and exhibit patience with a calm demeanor.

Applicant should be reliable and a team player.

A valid driver's license is required in order to provide client with occasional transportation. Wheelchair minivan is provided.

Company would prefer applicant to live within a 30 minute commute of Fort Collins, CO.

6 month experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare preferred

1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)

Must be 18 years of age

Must have reliable consistent means of communication

Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

You must have a high school diploma or GED
